Engaging My Services
This site describes the SEO and growth marketing services I offer, but nothing on it, including the free growth plan or audit, constitutes a binding service agreement on its own. Every engagement — scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment — is confirmed separately in writing (a proposal, quote, or contract) before work begins. Where these Terms and a specific written agreement conflict, the written agreement governs that engagement.
The free growth plan is a genuine, no-obligation starting point: an audit and a prioritized roadmap. It doesn't commit you to hiring me, and it doesn't commit me to a fixed price until we've agreed on scope.
No Guaranteed Results
SEO results depend on factors outside any consultant's full control: search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, your industry, and your own site's technical and business decisions. I work from real Google Search Console data and a track record I can show you, but I don't guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or timelines. The case studies on this site are real, verified results for those specific clients and don't guarantee the same outcome for your business.
Fees & Payment
There's no fixed public price list, as explained on the Pricing page — every engagement is scoped and priced individually based on your site and goals. Fees, payment schedule, and any cancellation or refund terms for a specific engagement are set out in that engagement's written proposal or contract.
Intellectual Property
The content, design, and code of marketermuzammil.com belong to Muzammil unless otherwise noted. Deliverables produced as part of a paid engagement (audits, strategy documents, content, code, etc.) become the client's property once full payment for that deliverable has been received, unless the written agreement for that engagement says otherwise.
Third-Party Links & Services
This site links to third-party platforms, including WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google Business Profile. I'm not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of those platforms once you leave this site.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Muzammil isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the services described on it. For any paid engagement, total liability is limited to the amount actually paid for that specific engagement.
Termination
I reserve the right to decline or end an engagement where scope, expectations, or payment terms aren't being met, subject to whatever notice or wind-down terms are set out in the specific written agreement for that engagement.
